Vice President Vance to Visit Nucor Steel in South Carolina Tomorrow

Vice President JD Vance will visit Nucor Steel Berkeley in Huger, South Carolina, on Thursday to mark the first 100 days of President Donald Trump’s second term. The visit highlights the administration’s focus on American manufacturing and job growth.

Vance will be joined by Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin for a tour of the facility, which is the nation’s largest steel producer. The Nucor plant manufactures all its steel in the United States and remains a major economic driver in the region.

The vice president and Zeldin will tour the factory during active operations before Vance delivers public remarks. The White House scheduled the visit as part of a broader weeklong celebration promoting the administration’s early accomplishments.

President Trump’s 100th day in office during his second term falls on Tuesday, and officials are using the milestone to highlight economic policies and domestic manufacturing gains.
